Growing up there were a few things I remember loving about the holidays, and my mom’s chocolate fudge is one of them! Every year around Christmas time she makes this fudge that everyone loves and the best thing about it is it is SO simple and easy to make. In case you need a quick and easy delicious dessert to share with friends and family as we head into the long holiday weekend, this fudge has got you saved!
INGREDIENTS
1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 15oz can sweet and condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of Salt
1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Add the sweet and condensed milk to a small pot on low/medium heat. Heat until its warmed through but not simmering. Remove the pot from the stove and add in your chocolate chips, vanilla, and salt (also cinnamon if you are using it). Stir until all the chocolate has melted and combined with the milk. Pour it into an 8×8 pan. I like to use these aluminum pans and line them with wax paper. Once it has cooled put it in the fridge and let it set up for a few hours. I usually just make it in the evening and let it sit over night. Then you can just just lift out the wax paper and cut into 1×1 squares really easily. And that’s it! Seriously so easy and so, so delicious!
